Open Gym

Open gym sessions are exclusive to Novi Studios ELITE membership holders. With over 40 hours of open gym per week, you can also workout on your own terms.

Just check the timetable for availablity, as open gym sessions will run outside of the class timetable.

HYROX

Challenge your endurance with this HYROX workout, with each session containing race elements pieced together in different formats, to provide the right balance of muscular endurance and cardio.

Perfect for those training for a competition or seeking an intense full-body workout.

DAYS: Monday (Engine) / Thursday (Power)

ENGINE | Longer working blocks, consistent output. More conditioning based.

POWER | Shorter working blocks, higher output. more load and Sled work.

FOCUS: Muscular endurance | Cardio

DURATION: 50 – 55 minㅤ

INTENSITY: High (scalable)

TYPICAL MOVEMENTS/STRUCTURE: Sled Push/Pull, Wall Balls, Runs, Rows, Skis, Farmers carries, Burpees, and Weighted lunges. Workouts will have a mix of: For Distance / Calories / Time / Reps.

DESIGNED FOR: HYROX enthusiasts & anyone who loves high intensity, full-body training.

STRENGTH

This coach led strength class, is programmed into a progessive 8-week training block, challenging your muscles through a variety of resistance exercise, and functional strength movements.

This class covers everything from multi-joint compound movements, to smaller isolation exercises. Designed to make you stronger inside and outside the gym.

DAYS: Tuesday (A) / Friday (B)

A & B | Program variety between days, both full body splits.

FOCUS: Strength | Muscle Building | Form

DURATION: 50 – 55 minㅤ

INTENSITY: Moderate to High (scalable)

TYPICAL MOVEMENTS/STRUCTURE: Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Sled, Bodyweight, and Banded movements. Including compound, isolation and functional exercises, programmed in a full body format.

DESIGNED FOR: Anyone wanting to build strength, improve technique and develop a functional body. Great for beginners and experienced lifters alike.

HIIT & RUN

This workout will test your cardio and muscular endurance. HIIT & RUN is designed to combine treadmill based interval training, with resistance exercise focused circuit training.

A high energy fast paced class, designed to improve your running, melt calories and support in building a lean body.

DAYS: Wednesday (Tempo) / Saturday (Interval)

TEMPO | Consistent running block, improve pacing, rhythm and running economy

INTERVAL | Improve speed & power, redline practice and VO2 max  

FOCUS: Cardio | Muscular Endurance | plyometrics | Running efficiency

DURATION: 50 – 55 minㅤ

INTENSITY: High (scalable)

TYPICAL MOVEMENTS/STRUCTURE: Minimum 20% treadmill based, partnered with Resistance and Bodyweight circuits, including: Sled, Plyometric and Free-weight movements.

DESIGNED FOR:  Anyone looking to improve running performance, boost cardio fitness, and build a lean, strong body. Expect high-energy, fast-paced sessions combining treadmill-based intervals, with circuit style training to test your endurance and burn calories.

MOBILITY

This functional mobility class is designed to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and joint stability.

With less flow and more dynamic movement, this functional mobility class is the perfect balance of strength and flexibility, helping you to move better and feel more resilient.

DAYS: THURSDAY & FRIDAY (10:45AM)

FOCUS:
Flexibility | Functional strength | Movement health

DURATION:
45 – 50 min

INTENSITY:
Low to Moderate (accessible for all levels)

TYPICAL MOVEMENTS/STRUCTURE:
Dynamic stretching, controlled movement and functional bodyweight strength.

This class will follow an 8-week structure, shadowing the 8-week Strength plan. Movements within this class are designed to directly support with the compound movements within the strength block.

DESIGNED FOR:
Anyone wanting to improve: range of motion, joint stability and functional strength. A mobility class designed to have less flow and more dynamic movement, better supporting in real world activity and exercise.

MIX & MATCH

This high energy strength and endurance class is the coaches choice, a Sunday special to round off the week.

Full of fun and lots of pieces from across the week, bundled together for a high energy bootcamp style class.

Anyone looking for a fun, varied, high-energy session. A coach’s choice class, blending favourite elements from across the week for a dynamic, bootcamp-style experience.
