Here at NOVI STUDIOS we do the complicated bits for you, so you can focus on getting results and having fun, in a friendly, high energy environment.
We also want to educate you along the way, so our coach led approach to group training, will be programmed for progression in mind.
HOW WE DO IT?
Routine, structure and consistency, are all key when you are trying to maintain and improve your health and fitness.
Thats why at NOVI STUDIOS, we have a set weekly structure. Each day we have the same class running throughout, which will be part of a larger weekly programme.
We know that feeling of having to cancel or miss a session when life throws something unexpected at you. So whether its 6am or 6pm, we will still be here for you with the same class, so you don't have to miss a thing.
