Does NOVI STUDIOS just do HYROX?

NOVI STUDIOS is a hybrid training facility, meaning we balance our training programme across multiple discliplines; strength, endurance, conditioning and mobility.

While HYROX is an important part of what we do, it's just one element of our well-rounded approach.

Our classes are designed to support all fitness goals, whether you're preparing for a competition or just want to train hard and have fun with a great community.

Our hyrbrid training programme, and competiton spec equipment, provides you with the ultimate combination to enhance your training, regardless of your goals.

Will i be okay if i am a beginner?

YES ABSOLUTELY! All our classes are coach led and can be appropriately adjusted where necessary.

We would love your first day to be with us, we want to be part of that journey you are about to go on.

Our coaches will guide you through the workouts and the community of people around you will support you every step of the way.

How often should i be going?

Training should be personal to you, your goals and your commitments.

To get a good balance, we suggest trying to hit 3 different class types per week. As this will provide you with a good variety of different training elements. If you can do more, GREAT!

But if you want to double up on certain classes types, i.e. strength on a Tuesday and Friday, they will consist of 2 different training sessions an A and B variation.

What options are there for joining?

NOVI STUDIOS provides a variety of memberships and packages, so you have flexibility when you're choosing how to join.

We want to keep things as simple as possible, whilst providing you with enough flexibility to suit your goals and lifestyle.

Does NOVI STUDIOS just do classes?

It’s not the only thing we do, although we are known for our specialist group training!

We also offer;

  • Open gym access, where you can use our competiton spec training club for HYROX or anything else! Studio equipped with: Woodway treadmills, Concept2 ergs, centr sleds, ropes and track, dumbbells up to 50kg, 4 bay rig, accessories and more...
